In 2023, Ata and Emir were working closely with healthcare clinics across Turkey and the UK. The same problem kept surfacing: leads were coming in at midnight, on weekends, from patients in Dubai, London, or Istanbul — and nobody was there to respond.
By the time someone called back the next morning, the patient had already booked elsewhere. Not because the clinic was worse — just slower. A 6-hour delay felt like a rejection.
The tools that existed were either too complex to set up, too expensive to justify, or simply not built for the real-world chaos of running a clinic. So we built our own. STOAIX was born from a real problem, for real businesses — not from a whiteboard in a conference room.
Today, STOAIX serves businesses across 12+ countries. We're still a small team, still obsessively close to our customers, and still building the product we wished had existed from day one.
